1. Can I use any photo for my puzzle?

Yes! You can upload any high-resolution image. For best results, we recommend photos that are clear, well-lit, and at least 1600x1200 px. Avoid blurry or low-resolution images.

2. What sizes are available?

We offer puzzles in 100, 250, and 500 pieces. Choose the size that suits your challenge level and gift occasion. If you wish for more/less pieces, please email us at info@ciphernest.store and we would be happy to help!

3. Can I add a personal message to the puzzle or packaging?

Absolutely! You can include a custom message on the box or as a printed note inside the package during checkout.

4. How long does it take to make and ship a custom puzzle?

Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location and method..


🧠 Escape Box FAQs

1. What is an escape box?

An escape box is a self-contained puzzle adventure delivered to your door. Just like an escape room, you'll solve riddles, find clues, and unlock secrets β€” all from your own home.

2. How many players is it for?

Most of our escape boxes are designed for 1–4 players. Great for solo puzzling, date nights, or small groups and team building for companies.Β 

3. Do I need an app or internet connection to play?

No apps or screens required. Everything you need is in the box! Just open it and start exploring.

4. How long does each escape box take to complete?

Each box takes approximately 60–120 minutes to complete, depending on your skill level.

5. Can I replay the escape box?

Our boxes are designed to be mostly non-destructive. You can reset and share it with friends, or keep it as a keepsake!

6. Can I customize the escape box?

Ofcourse! We offer some kind of customization for our escape boxes, like for example putting on your company's logo.Β

1. Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately at this moment we only ship within the Netherlands.

2. What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re here to help. Contact us at at info@ciphernest.store within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace or refund it.

3. Can I send a puzzle or escape box as a gift?

Yes! You can mark your order as a gift during checkout. We'll exclude the receipt and include a custom message if you like.

4. Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?
